Shipping Policy

Please note, during the months from November to April and during any times where freezing temperatures are forecasted all deliveries will be held at your local post office for pickup. You will receive a delivery notice to your address informing you where to pick up your order. This measure is neccessary to protect the products from freezing which can not only damage the bottles, but alters the chemical structure of the products and compromises the quality.

Keune & O&M

All Keune and O&M products purchased through our website are shipped from our salon in Toronto, Canada. Products are shipped via Canada Post to all Canadian provinces except Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping prices calculated at checkout. Delivery time is dependent on your location usually takes 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to Manitoba and Saskatchewan. If you live in either of these provinces, please contact us.

Return Policy

Can I return something I’ve purchased?

We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you’ve purchased from us – simply contact us within 30 days of your order date. We will send you a return shipping label in PDF format for you to attach to your return package. We are not able to provide free return shipping and the shipping cost will be deducted from your return total. Please fill out the Order Inquiry form to begin the return process.
